With 40 years of experience in negotiations and contracts, Heston Mediation, based out of Dallas, provides a comprehensive range of mediation services throughout the DFW Metroplex and beyond, including nationwide support.

My expertise extends to working with both individuals and Fortune 500 corporations, enabling me to resolve a variety of disputes effectively. The convenience of virtual service options has allowed me to mediate cases not only in other states but also in other countries.

I hold an undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas and a Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management from Southern Methodist University, equipping me with the skills necessary to navigate complex conflicts and facilitate successful resolutions.
